Thursday August 12, 2010 Harrison Arkansas

We were up and gone early this morning after a nice hot breakfast at the motel and traveled one hour to Little Rock to Clinton's Presidential Library. What a fabulous place! Every bit an example of modern Green technology....the auditorium walls are created from waste aluminum. Maybe your coke can is in there!!!! There were many videos throughout and many displays. Every single day of his presidency is documented in the schedules month by month, day by day, in binders all labeled and each page is laminated for visitors to look at. Only problem I saw is there was no place to sit comfortably and look at them. There was also a temporary display on hurricanes and we have shared one photo of Katrina aftermath here. We were given a 12 minute video to start and then we rented little "around the neck" gizmos which you could press in conjuction with the display you were looking at and Bill would tell you about it. He is depicted and so is Hillary, from the time they were babies, with memoribilia included....shoes, bracelets, report cards, new stories, clothing, you name it, it's there. We spent four hours there and could have gone to the store in an open air carriage afterwards, but it was 102 degrees outside, so we opted not to do that, but to get in the cool car and head north. We traveled through the Ozarks and we had actually been on that same road before because we ran past "Booger Gulch" and we laughed having remembered it from before. We're about 45 minutes south of Branson and Ed is deciding what he wants to do tomorrow. Nighty night and adios.

We have wasps or yellow jackets-knocked down 6 yesterday. Marcos says they are making more nests. Geeze!
